Scizzorman August 31st at The Swan Lounge *update*

Due to the stormy weather which recently took the roof off the Swan Hotel, the August 3rd gig which was originally planned has been cancelled. Scizzorman are now booked to play on August 31st at The Swan Lounge. They will be joined by the Murder Mouse Blues band and Jon as support for singer songwriter Storme. Doors open at 6pm and entry is $7. Make sure you get there early as Scizzorman are starting the show at 6:30 pm. Come down and support the local music scene.

Scizzorman Prison Video

Here are some fan video taken of scizzorman at the Old Fremantle Prison gig. The footage was taken from a handicam by a tall, dark and devilishly handsome young man in the audience. Thanks goes out to this talented individual for filming the gig and sending it to the scizzor office.
There is more live footage which will be added to the site at a later date. All scizzorman bootlegs made by audience members are welcome!

NARM Conference

On the back of two years of solid overseas promotion Scizzorman is happy to announce that Maureen Smith from White Eagle Music Promotions will be representing their artistic interests at the NARM conference. Since being voted as a finalist in the 2005 National Musicoz Awards for their debut single BUBBLE, Scizzorman has embarked on a marketing campaign with an international twist, as follows;

Scizzorman in Prison!

Scizzorman in prison! Well... not really but they did play an awesome gig at The Old Fremantle Prison. Many people have been trying very hard to lock up lead vocalist/drummer Terry away and throw away the key, and on Wednesday 23rd April they got their wish, if only for one night. Scizzorman performed a special accoustic gig for a networking event for the Coastal Business Center held at the Old Fremantle Prison. Pictures of the event have been captured and can be seen here.

New Scizzorman Album

Scizzorman are currently working on their sophomore album with a possible release in 2008. A couple of tracks have been recorded and are in the mixing process as we speak. The working title of the album is THE MOTHER OF PHILOSOPHY. The tracks for the new album have already been confirmed.
