Scizzorman’s self-titled LP in 2005 saw 11 tracks make the cut. With initial plans of an EP release being quashed, it became apparent the creative vibe was flowing, with additional collaborations taking shape. The result was a mix of Rock, Funk & Soul that saw national recognition, with opening track Bubble voted Finalist at the Independent MusicOz Awards.

Having continued to work as a freelance Drummer on other projects, Terry’s network base of musicians continued to grow, which only fueled his desire to continue recording. With an even broader spectrum of talent at hand & many songs in the pipeline, the logical solution was a long awaited follow up.

After some setbacks that postponed the release, Awake to Dream was upon us in 2011, with a more produced sound that willingly allowed itself to be both experimental yet mainstream. Building on the genres from the debut, this album took on a more eclectic style that interwove Folk, Punk & Jazz and opens proceedings with a 45 second reprise & ends with an 8 minute follow up version of a previous track, titled Philosophical Part 1.

Having sourced a wider range of musicians on Awake to Dream, the time was right to focus on a more direct approach to songwriting, this time with a technological twist. Having already spent considerable time crafting full length releases, an EP titled Buried Pleasures surfaced in 2015, consisting of one leftover track, two remixes & some musical/lyrical collaborations that resulted in a compact form of that catchy contagious sound.

Recently that process was revisited with a follow up 2 Track Single release with accompanying video in early 2017. With more time being dedicated to original material the alternative, refreshing style of Scizzorman continues to evolve, while still maintaining an urge for infectious rhythms, diverse musicianship & all things experimental.
